The innovative GapStar is a new development for removing the first weft threads to make preparation of fabric ends easier.

It is designed to work on most types of forming fabrics such as single, double and triple layer fabrics, but also a wide range of technical fabrics and selected dryer fabrics.

On the wide table option a second picking head can be installed, thus maximizing efficiency.

Gap width:standard 10 – 30 mm / min. 5 – max. 100 mm (depending upon fabric design)
