The innovative SC5 HF is designed for making endless or double pin seams on single- or double-layer fabrics, mainly in the engineered fabrics field.

Components from machines for forming and dryer fabrics have been combined and partially redesigned to create a machine to push seaming efficiency of engineered fabrics to a new level.

YARNPICKER YP 3.1

Because Preparation is everything

The all new YP 3.1 is designed to assist in the preparation of the fabric prior to the seaming process. Warp yarns in a strip taken from the fabric to be joined, are automatically removed, resulting in an undamaged set of original weft yarns to be used in the seaming machine.

The framework of 2 m² x 2 m height allows easy accessibility to machine components.

An electronic program (PLC) controls the complete yarn picking process. The working speed is adjustable, and the machine will stop automatically if the working cycle is interrupted.

All adjustments can be stored per fabric on a flash drive for further use.

The seam strip is rolled up with a sheet of paper between the layers of wefts yarns to avoid disturbance of the yarns and cater for easy storage.
